Position Summary
Serve as a front-line Evo Car Share ambassador, assisting Members with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience, and performing administrative tasks in a fully remote, flexible setup.

Primary Responsibilities
Respond to Member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve issues and build long-term Member relationships
Perform administrative tasks as required
Participate in job-specific training and professional development
Support 24/7 virtual call centre operations

Required Qualifications
6+ months post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Proficiency with Power BI, ServiceNow, Verint, Amazon Connect, Google Maps, EVO Car Sharing Software
Rapid typing skills (40 wpm) a bonus
Ability to work remotely in a shift-based 24/7 environment
Successful background check

Working Hours
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM; weekends and statutory holidays as required

Pay & Incentives
$23.98–$29.98 per hour, plus 5% performance bonus target (up to 9%), pension plan, and additional employee perks
