Job Role
Provide product and technical support to customers while assisting with onboarding and continuous product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, and live chat
Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within SLAs
Assist schools with technical onboarding
Troubleshoot product and IT-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support resources
Requirements
Experience in customer or product support (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of IT tools and digital platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
