What You’ll Own
Channels: Julota’s LinkedIn page, founder LinkedIn profiles, additional social channels you identify.
Creative & Voice: Own creative direction, write and publish clear, engaging content, test formats (text, carousels, short videos), repurpose blogs/webinars/customer stories, maintain consistent evolving voice.
Growth & Performance: Drive impressions, reach, engagement, experiment and iterate, align social activity to pipeline impact, track performance, and share insights.

Success Metrics: Active, intentional, recognizable social channels; consistent engagement growth; founder credibility and visibility; social as a top-of-funnel contributor.

Who You Are: Enjoy owning outcomes, think in hooks and narratives, comfortable testing ideas, balance creativity with planning, communicate clearly, self-driven.

Requirements: Experience managing social media for a brand/founder/organization, strong writing instincts, community engagement, turn complex ideas into approachable content, knowledge of social metrics. Bonus: LinkedIn-first growth experience for B2B, SaaS, or GovTech.

Nice to Haves: Experience in government-facing or regulated industries, B2B/GovTech/SaaS social strategies, HubSpot familiarity, collaboration with sales/marketing for GTM alignment.
