Responsibilities
-
Build and maintain integrations across HR platforms (Rippling, Gusto, Deel, Greenhouse, Workday)
-
Automate employee lifecycle workflows via APIs and scripting
-
Manage data pipelines to warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) for reporting and analytics
-
Lead or support system migrations and tool consolidations
-
Serve as technical point of contact for HRIS projects across teams and vendors
-
Ensure security, compliance (SOC 2, GDPR), and data integrity
-
Drive documentation, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders
Qualifications
-
5+ years in systems or software engineering roles with HRIS or enterprise SaaS
-
Experience with at least one HRIS (Rippling, Workday, etc.)
-
Proficient in APIs (REST, JSON) and scripting (Python, JavaScript)
-
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
-
Understanding of employee lifecycle processes
Preferred
-
Experience with Workday migrations/admin
-
Familiarity with ETL tools (Airbyte, Fivetran)
-
Background in People Analytics or dashboards

Agile/project management exposure
