Job Role:

Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchasing activities to maintain efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.

• Develop procurement strategies to optimize quality and cost.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for seamless purchase execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and supplier evaluation methods.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with ERP procurement modules.
