Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cement production operations and manage production teams
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or operations management
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the cement or concrete manufacturing industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
