Job Role:
The Agricultural Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our farming operations, including crop and livestock management, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the farm, including crop and livestock management
Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices
Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields and reduce costs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Farm Management, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in agricultural operations management
Strong knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance
