Job Role:
The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining quality standards, while also leading and developing a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards in the production facility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
At least 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
