Role Overview:
As a Manufacturing Optimization Analyst, you will evaluate production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements. You will utilize IoT data, machine analytics, and automation insights to enhance quality, reduce downtime, and streamline manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze production line performance, cycle times, and efficiency metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend automation-driven improvements
• Collaborate with robotics and controls engineering teams for solution deployment
• Monitor IoT and machine data to detect process anomalies
• Support optimization of manufacturing layouts and workflow designs
• Create data dashboards and reports to track improvements
• Conduct root-cause analysis on quality or productivity issues
• Assist in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of manufacturing analytics or optimization experience
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with automation data, IoT analytics, or MES systems
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent documentation and cross-team communication skills
