Role Overview:
The Production Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee quality control processes, production audits, testing workflows, and compliance procedures across multiple eco-manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-process inspections and verify production quality.
• Perform lab testing for durability, density, tensile strength, and biodegradability.
• Identify root causes of defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Implement quality standards such as ISO 9001 and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare inspection documentation, quality reports, and audit summaries.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain product consistency.
• Monitor equipment calibration and testing instrument accuracy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with testing tools, inspection frameworks, and ISO standards.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in eco-friendly or polymer manufacturing is a plus.
