Role Overview:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, assembling, and preparing orders for shipment within the distribution center. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and assemble customer orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper labeling and staging
Prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Perform repetitive lifting of items up to 50 lbs
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is an asset
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSA Grade 1 safety shoes required
