Job Role:
Lead and manage offshore platform operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant drilling, production, and maintenance activities. Oversee teams, coordinate with onshore departments, and maintain operational excellence in all offshore activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage all offshore operations including drilling, production, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, motivate, and supervise offshore teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with onshore management, engineering, and support teams for operational planning.
Monitor production and equipment performance to optimize efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency drills.
Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of offshore operations experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of offshore drilling, production systems, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Familiarity with HSE, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Certification in offshore safety (BOSIET, HUET, or equivalent) preferred.
Requirements:
