Job Description:
The Manager PD & Creations will lead product development and creative design initiatives, research market and fabric trends, develop seasonal collections, coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams, and ensure timely sample development while maintaining cost and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, or relevant field
5–8 years of experience in Product Development & Creations
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment development
Excellent leadership, coordination, and creative skills
Experience in knitwear and woven products is a plus
