Role: Senior Project Manager

Role Purpose:
Lead high-impact, multi-year enterprise initiatives while developing Project Managers within the EPMO. Accountable for end-to-end delivery, governance, and sustainable organizational change.
Core Accountabilities:
Project lifecycle leadership (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
Annual & multi-year program planning and budgeting
Stakeholder engagement at executive level
Coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Methodology compliance and continuous improvement
Industry trend monitoring and capability uplift
Experience Profile:
10+ years progressive professional experience
7+ years as a Project Manager
Large, complex, cross-department initiatives
Vendor & external partner management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Tools:
Microsoft Office | Microsoft Project | Microsoft Visio
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $98,000 – $135,500 (annual base)
