Job Title
Director of Air Operations and Partnerships
Role Purpose
Responsible for leading air operations and partnerships for Kensington Air and White Label Air, driving efficiency, platform adoption, and scalable growth across the business.
Business Scope
Supports a $600M enterprise with a growth objective beyond $1B, working across multiple brands and more than 700 travel professionals.
Technology & Platform Collaboration
Works closely with technology stakeholders on in-house systems such as ADX and TMT to optimize reservation platforms, workflows, and adoption.
Promotion & Internal Engagement
Acts as the internal champion for Kensington Air, driving awareness, education, and integration of air services into itineraries through collaboration with sales and destination teams.
Responsibilities
Lead air operations strategy for Kensington Air and White Label Air across multiple brands
Drive internal adoption and promotion of air products with sales and destination teams
Improve air workflows and reservation systems (ADX, TMT) with technology partners
Monitor performance, KPIs, dashboards, and operational efficiency
Optimize airline contracts, commissions, and GDS utilization

Qualifications
Requires extensive experience in retail travel or air contracting, GDS proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive technology adoption and strategic execution.
