Job Description:
The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, preparing customized proposals for design and CMS niches, communicating with international clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through consistent bidding activity.
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience as an Upwork Bidder
Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
Experience in design and CMS-related projects
Ability to meet targets and work in night shift
Client handling and negotiation skills
