Role Overview
Lead and manage a regional sales team in the telecommunications sector
Drive sales performance while acting as a key individual contributor
Build strong client, community, and stakeholder relationships
Support deployment of advanced connectivity solutions
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Sales Account Coordinators
Actively sell telecom solutions to residential customers
Organize sales routes and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts
Build relationships with key decision-makers and property managers
Support community engagement and marketing events
Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews
Handle customer escalations
Report sales performance and progress to senior management
Qualifications
5+ years of direct sales experience
Leadership experience in sales or marketing environments
Strong recruiting, training, and team motivation skills
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills
High integrity, energy, and ability to work under pressure
Work Conditions
Flexible schedule required
Regular shift: Tuesday–Saturday
Evenings and weekends included
Some travel required
