Job Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Game Designer to conceptualize, design, and refine engaging gameplay experiences. The ideal candidate will balance creativity and technical understanding to create immersive game mechanics, levels, and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop game concepts, mechanics, and storylines that align with creative direction.

Collaborate with artists, developers, and animators to bring ideas to life.

Design levels, systems, and user interactions for engaging gameplay.

Create detailed design documentation, wireframes, and flow diagrams.

Analyze player feedback and data to improve gameplay and balance.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5 years of professional experience in game design or development.

• Proficiency in Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar game design software.

• Strong understanding of level design, player psychology, and game mechanics.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

• A portfolio or demo of previous game projects (preferred).
