Job Description:
The Management Trainee Officer – Talent Acquisition will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting employer branding initiatives while coordinating with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment lifecycle, source candidates via online platforms, coordinate interviews, support onboarding and induction, participate in job fairs and recruitment drives, and assist HR team in talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and detail-oriented attitude, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome.
