Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles, oversee onboarding, HRIS, payroll, employee relations, and performance management while supporting organizational growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (HR certification preferred), minimum 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition and onboarding, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
