Compensation
CA$55,000 – CA$60,000 per year
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing activities, office administration, and internal communications while reporting directly to the Vice President and managing tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content for Instagram and Facebook
Edit and assemble short videos and reels
Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Coordinate marketing projects and brand communications
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Process payments, deposits, and coordinate mail-outs
Maintain office organization, supplies, and internal records
Provide scheduling and administrative support to senior management
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative or marketing experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Rush
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
