Role Overview
The Order Picker/Forklift Driver is responsible for operating order-picking equipment, handling apparel inventory, and ensuring accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate order-picking machines to locate and retrieve apparel
Load and unload apparel, ensuring accurate storage and consolidation
Verify picked items against paperwork and correct discrepancies
Manually palletize and wrap skids, including heavy lifting
Meet daily quotas in a KPI-driven environment
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Minimum 1 year of forklift and order-picking experience
Valid Order Picker and Fall Arrest Certification for PIT machines
Ability to lift, push, pull, and reach up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
Schedule
Full-time: Monday to Friday
Part-time: Saturday and Sunday
Compensation
CA$22.65 per hour (weekly pay every Friday)
