Role Overview
The Miner 2 – Production Driller is a key member of the Underground Production Team, responsible for operating drilling equipment to safely and efficiently extract minerals while meeting production targets and strict safety standards.

Schedule
Rotational shift
14 days on / 14 days off
Camp-based position

Compensation
Hourly wage ranging from $51.01 to $73.22 per hour, including a monthly performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities
Operate top hammer and in-the-hole drilling equipment according to mining plans
Follow specified drilling patterns, depths, and layouts
Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and surveyors
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot drilling equipment
Follow all underground mining safety regulations and protocols
Maintain accurate drilling records and reports
Meet production targets while minimizing downtime
Apply environmentally responsible drilling practices
Assist with operating additional underground equipment as required

Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 diploma or GED
Ability to obtain Blasting certification as required
Strong understanding of underground mining safety regulations
Physical ability to work in confined underground conditions
