Job Description:
The Team Lead Merchandising will manage and lead merchandising teams, implement merchandising strategies, ensure effective product placement and visibility, coordinate with sales teams, monitor market execution, and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
Graduation qualification, 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG merchandising), strong leadership and team management skills, and ability to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
