Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to advise clients on HR strategies, policies, and workforce solutions that align with their organizational goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with deep knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Advise clients on recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
