Role Overview
The Client Service Assistant will support the Surety Bonding team by assisting Client Executives, servicing construction and commercial surety clients, preparing bond documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to requests from Client Executives and clients regarding bond inquiries
Renewals, and documentation
Communicate professionally with clients and surety underwriters
Prepare, review, and issue bond documentation accurately and on time
Maintain and update internal administrative systems
Manage abeyance systems, follow-ups, deadlines
Outstanding documentation.
Qualifications
Experience in surety
Bonding, or commercial insurance administration is preferred
Level 1 insurance license is required or must be obtained upon employment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
