Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager – Gripping (Automation) is responsible for identifying customer applications, proposing automation and gripping solutions, managing customer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets within the industrial market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities in workholding, toolholding, and automation.
Propose solutions and collaborate with inside sales and distribution partners.
Maintain customer data and activity in the CRM system.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet existing and prospective customers.
Demonstrate products, prepare and review quotations, and follow up to achieve quote goals
Qualifications
Highly motivated and organized self-starter with multitasking ability
Experience working within the industrial market.
Strong technical skills in measurement and metal cutting applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
Experience working with or within the industrial market, particularly related to automation, gripping, or manufacturing solutions.
