Role Overview
The Senior Dental Administrator will oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the dental clinic, acting as a key point of contact for patients and staff while supporting clinic efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage patient scheduling and optimize appointment flow to minimize gaps.
Act as the first point of contact for patients and team members.
Oversee daily staff schedules, attendance, vacation tracking, and coverage.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, fee collection, and payment plans.
Interact with insurance companies for claims, predeterminations, and submissions.
Generate managerial and operational reports for the dentist.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a dental office administrator, office manager, or treatment coordinator.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental office administration or management role is required.
Managerial or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Prior dental assisting experience is considered an asset.

Schedule
Full-time
Evenings as needed
Weekends as needed

Shift
Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends based on clinic requirements.

Compensation
$22.00 – $30.00 per hour
