Position Summary
This role supports optometrists in daily clinical operations, patient care, vision testing, and optical assistance. The position suits candidates with prior optical or eye-care clinic experience who enjoy hands-on patient interaction.

Core Duties
Support optometrists during patient examinations and clinical procedures.
Conduct preliminary vision tests and assist with medical histories.
Prepare and maintain exam rooms and optical equipment.
Administer eye drops and medications as instructed.
Maintain accurate patient records and electronic medical files.
Guide patients on contact lens care and eyewear usage.

Required Background
Previous experience in an eye care clinic or optical setting.
Knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques.
Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong attention to detail with patient-focused communication skills.

Experience
A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in optical or eye care services is required. Familiarity with EMR systems, retail math, senior care, and optical retail operations is considered an advantage.

Pay Information
Salary: $18.00 – $25.20
Salary Period: Per hour
