Role Summary
CBRE’s North York office is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to support brokers and research teams while working toward obtaining a commercial real estate license. This role provides hands-on exposure to market research, client interaction, and brokerage support.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients.
Collect and update monthly market data from agencies and developers.
Compile market statistics for CBRE reports and publications.
Assist brokers with market studies, tour books, and presentation materials.
Respond to information requests related to zoning, ownership, and taxes.
Act as a market information resource for brokers.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with a client-focused approach.
Willingness to obtain a real estate trading license.
Experience
Entry-level role suitable for candidates with post-secondary education and strong organizational skills. Prior commercial real estate experience is not specified.

Salary: $50,000
