The Insulator will be responsible for installing insulation materials according to project specifications while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and teamwork on active construction sites.

Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately

Install spray foam, fiberglass, or other insulation systems

Seal joints and gaps to maintain energy efficiency

Read blueprints and follow project plans

Maintain tools and equipment

Clean and organize worksite

Assist coworkers as needed

Follow all WHMIS and safety guidelines

Secondary school completion or equivalent

1–2 years insulation or construction experience preferred

Understanding of workplace safety procedures

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Valid driver’s license an asset

Attention to detail and teamwork

Competitive hourly wage depending on experience
