Position Summary
Manage sales staff, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with store procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train store employees
Handle inventory and stock replenishment
Ensure high customer service standards
Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance
Prepare daily operational reports
Required Qualifications
Experience in retail supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of POS and inventory systems
Ability to work flexible shifts
Compensation
CAD $19.00+/hour based on experience
