Role Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing legal and financial documentation, and supporting internal teams by ensuring data integrity across systems while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize documents for filing and correspondence.
Collect, verify, and update supporting financial and legal information.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve missing documentation.
Maintain electronic files following internal naming and compliance protocols.
Accurately enter data into internal systems and software.
Perform searches related to insolvency, PPSA registrations, and property valuations.
Prepare documents for electronic signature and statutory filings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to learn new software efficiently; Dynamics CRM experience is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Compensation
Annual salary ranging from $35,000 to $40,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
