Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with extensive experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, UI architecture, and frontend performance optimization, along with strong collaboration skills in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Build reusable components, libraries, and UI frameworks following best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with backend, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and frontend build processes.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce UI standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js and micro-frontend architecture
- Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom
-Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
