Role Overview
AnswerNet is seeking an experienced Manager of Information Technology to lead the IT department, overseeing infrastructure, applications, end-user support, and security. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure reliable and efficient technology service delivery

Oversee core IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware), networks, and data centers

Manage the application portfolio lifecycle to ensure software systems meet organisational needs

Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Relevant industry certifications in infrastructure and security (CISSP, AWS, Azure)

Minimum of three years of related IT management experience
Shift
Full-time, remote / after hours as needed
Compensation
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year (DOE – Canada)
Salary Type: Yearly
