Role Overview
Crowdlinker is seeking a UX/UI Designer for remote, hourly contract work on an open roster basis. This role involves designing end-to-end digital products, including mobile (iOS & Android) and desktop platforms, collaborating with product leads, engineers, and other designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, estimate, and manage design user stories
- Plan design activities and deliverables, including business requirements gathering, user personas, journey maps, and design briefs
- Produce site maps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design requirements
- Create detailed designs and documentation for hand-off to the engineering team
- Coordinate with engineers and perform visual QA throughout development
Qualifications

3+ years experience designing, building, and shipping digital products

Diploma or degree in digital design, interaction design, or equivalent

Strong experience with discovery processes: product breakdowns, workshops, competitive analysis, inspiration designs, and customer insights
Experienced with iterative design processes in an agile environment
Shift
Remote, flexible hours (EST preferred)

Salary: Hourly, based on contract agreement
