Role Summary
The Coordinator, Physical Experiences supports project delivery by managing schedules, budgets, client communications, vendor coordination, and quality control. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage project timelines and key milestones.
Prepare budgets, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices.
Serve as client contact for smaller projects.
Coordinate third-party suppliers and internal teams.
Proof and ensure accuracy, quality, and detail for print materials.
Assist in installations, executions, and project trafficking.
Maintain distribution lists, reports, and project documentation.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
