Role Overview
The Supervisor will manage the Risk Delivery Centre team, ensuring operational effectiveness, adherence to risk and compliance policies, and continuous process improvements. The role requires both leadership and hands-on management of workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the quality of work and provide guidance to Risk Delivery Centre staff.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, and procedures.
Implement, monitor, and optimize operational processes.
Plan resource utilization and manage staffing schedules including overtime.
Act as Tier 2 support for service delivery issues and collaborate across teams.
Motivate, mentor, and develop team members, providing performance feedback.
Identify training needs, onboard new employees, and support career growth.
Monitor technical platforms and participate in UAT testing.
Promote a growth-minded, collaborative, and proactive work culture.
Qualifications
2–5 years experience in a professional services firm or similar environment.
Knowledge of risk policies and compliance (KYC, CEAC, Sentinel).
Familiarity with ServiceNow or high-volume service delivery systems.
Strong time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in acquisitions is an asset.
Salary Type
Base salary $55,000–$82,000 per year (bonus eligible)
