Client: Enterprise Biotechnology company
Duration: Temporary contract covering for someone on maternity leave
Location: 100% remote (US-based)
Pay: $60-65/hr.
Shift: M-F 9a-5p - strong preference for EST time zone hours
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Contract Art Director & Designer to immediately backfill a critical role during a maternity leave. This is a high-speed, temporary contract requiring a versatile creative who can instantly provide design and art direction support for key go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Translate marketing briefs into bold, high-impact creative concepts for campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Execute high-quality design and tight layouts for a wide range of marketing assets, including event graphics, social media campaigns, and presentation decks.
- Provide clear, concise art direction for photography, illustration, and video assets to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
- Own the production and delivery of polished final files, ensuring all assets adhere to our established brand system standards.
Required Experience & Skills (What You Bring)
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally including agency or fast-paced in-house environments.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong visual design expertise, craft excellence, and a strategic approach to B2B storytelling.
- A demonstrated interest in technology and B2B marketing within the healthcare/genomics space.
