What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity, with a proven ability to influence and close complex deals, within the Saas or cybersecurity space.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling — from pipeline generation to multi-stakeholder deal navigation and value-based negotiation.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to drive insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into compelling narratives for executives and clients.
What You Can Expect
- Optimize Sales Execution: Provide actionable feedback to enhance sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximizing conversion rates.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $193,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
