Role Overview

Absorb Software is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to support its growing marketing team by creating visually compelling digital content. This role focuses on producing high-quality creative assets across multiple marketing channels while ensuring brand consistency and exploring modern, AI-assisted design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, events, and print materials

• Create long-form marketing content including PDFs, infographics, and digital documents

• Develop digital assets, user flows, wireframes, and visuals for end-to-end campaigns

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive marketing experiences

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing digital design or a related role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepting and production design (required)

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience with Canva and modern design tools
