Job Description:
The Recruitment Executive will manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview rounds, build a strong talent pipeline, and maintain recruitment reports while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
