Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales channels, optimize digital marketing strategies, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
Manage inventory, product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Prepare reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms or digital sales channels.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
