Role Overview:
The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee marketplace operations, manage merchant workflows, and optimize fulfillment processes using BazaarConnect’s proprietary retail-tech ecosystem. This role ensures smooth order processing, accurate stock movements, and timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operational workflows, including order processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and support teams to ensure on-time dispatches.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock updates, and replenishment schedules.
• Optimize operational performance using BazaarConnect POS and automation tools.
• Work closely with merchants to resolve listing, pricing, and catalog issues.
• Create operational SOPs to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Analyze process metrics and provide weekly operational performance reports.
• Coordinate with tech teams to report system issues and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order workflows, and retail logistics.
• Experience with POS systems, OMS platforms, or retail-management software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
