Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Create, curate, and publish content (images, videos, captions) tailored to each platform.

• Manage and monitor social accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns; collaborate with influencers and creators.

• Manage and monetize large Facebook groups (up to 250,000 members).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of social platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Preferred: E-commerce/retail experience, Facebook group management, interest in sewing, quilting, or arts & crafts.
