Role Overview
The Remote Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and validating customer orders while supporting branch operations remotely. This role ensures smooth order flow from sale to installation and contributes directly to exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and validate customer orders accurately
Coordinate with team leads and management
Ensure correct product ordering for projects
Deliver excellent customer service across channels
Support teams for smooth order processing
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Analytical thinking with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour
