Role Overview
The Remote Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting warm leads, booking qualified appointments, and consistently hitting sales targets. This role focuses on closing, not cold calling, within a fast-paced and competitive remote sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm, qualified leads
Convert leads into confirmed appointments using proven scripts
Handle objections confidently to secure bookings
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Collaborate with a high-performing remote sales team
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High motivation with a results-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Compensation
$5,000 – $7,000 per month
