Role Overview
The Help Desk Support Agent is a key member of the Technical Support team, responsible for resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external users. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve help desk tickets promptly
Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Document customer interactions and resolutions
Run diagnostics and escalate complex issues when needed
Install, update, and repair computer systems
Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution
Maintain and update knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Work Environment
Fully remote, collaborative technical support environment working closely with Engineering and Support teams, focused on customer excellence and continuous improvement.
