MHIRJ is the fusion of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the CRJ Series aircraft program, providing global operational, engineering, maintenance, refurbishment, and customer support solutions for the regional aircraft industry.
Position Summary:
MHIRJ’s Customer Response Center (CRC) delivers 24/7 technical and parts support to CRJ aircraft operators worldwide, ensuring safe and reliable airline operations.
Work Environment
The CRC operates continuously, supporting urgent AOG situations and routine technical requests in a fast-paced, global aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technical investigations, perform avionics troubleshooting, respond to airline inquiries, support long-term technical solutions, manage AOG cases, build airline relationships, and promote MHIRJ services.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of airline or MRO experience working on CRJ aircraft; MOC or technical services experience is an asset.
Certifications & Qualifications
Valid Transport Canada AME license or FAA A&P certification with avionics expertise; English language proficiency required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong avionics troubleshooting, analytical thinking, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and independent task management.
Travel Requirement
Willingness to travel on short notice, less than 10% of work time.
