Role Summary
Responsible for generating new business leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the North America sales team to drive qualified meetings and pipeline growth.

Sales Team Overview
Part of the North America SDR team; focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and early-stage sales engagement.

Key Objectives of the Role
Hunt and secure new prospects
Nurture prospects from initial interest to qualified leads
Support Account Executives with high-quality meetings

Core Responsibilities
esearch new accounts and target senior-level contacts
High-volume outreach via email, phone, social, and video
Articulate value of InfluxDB to prospective customers
Maintain personal pipeline using CRM (HubSpot)
Achieve or exceed new business meetings quota

Required Experience
Track record of top 10% performance
Experience meeting/exceeding quotas
Familiarity with technical sales in software/technology space
